I miss Estes Park. Have you taken Trail Ridge Road?
One funny thing about Estes. During the fall when the elk rut it runs over with animals. Literally, the elk fill the whole town without any concern for humans. It's a bit odd because you'll be walking along and here will be a huge 7 point bull bugling right next to a shop downtown.
You may say, they come out of the mountains to the town in exorbitant amounts :)
Right, I'll get right on that! Thanks for the blogging tip!
And yes, I have been up Trail Ridge Road many a time! Sadly, I used to go solely for the gift shop...but that was when I was little. It's very lovely. There are so many neat places there. Maybe I'll see if I can convince my family to go out again sometime soon!
I am a Reformed Christian who enjoys ballet, salsa dancing, ballroom dancing, reading, espresso-based beverages, good conversation, music, practicing piano & viola, and spending time with family and friends. I am pursuing a degree in English literature so that I can become a teacher and share my passion for classic literature with others. I also hope to become a true domestic goddess one day.

Beautiful, yes.
Beyond freezing with 8+ feet of snow, yes!

P.S. One great way to make blogging easy is to tell us what you're reading. I'd be very interested to know. Include quotes too.
A couple of blogs I find exceedingly noteworthy are:
Michael Spotts
and,
Graeme Pitman
